Hey folks,
I finally did it. I gave in and helped start a Radiohead tribute band. We're calling the band "Detuned Radio".
We're playing our debut show soon (BUY TIX HERE) but first lemme tell you more about the band:
This is a stellar band. I'm not kidding. Ben Rollo and I are both singing lead vocals(and playing guitar). He sounds SO GREAT as Thom Yorke . If you don't believe me, watch him here singing Paranoid Android (w/ Mark McIntyre, Bryan Wright & Matt Weidinger!):

I can't comment on me(of course), other than: I do my best. I’ve been training for most of my adult life for this. I learned so much about singing by listening to Radiohead in the 90s. I learned so much about orchestrating parts by listening to Radiohead. I learned so much about music, period. We all did.
So back to the band: The band is FANTASTIC. INCREDIBLE. BANANAS. These are some of the finest musicians in Canada: Mark McIntyre(David Wilcox), Bryan Wright(Romeo Sex Fighter), Scott Galloway(Dean Brody) and Thomas Carli(Meteor Heist).
We're billing ourselves as "Canada's most obsessed Radiohead Tribute Band." We hope to live up to that moniker :)
So yeah, we all gave in and we're doing this!
Please come and help us celebrate The Music Of Radiohead at our DEBUT show!
(Ok, not ALL The Music Of Radiohead … mostly stuff from “The Bends”, “OK Computer” & “In Rainbows” with some other choice tracks including some DEEP cuts (“Talk Show Host”?????)
